2024 Woman’s National Farm and Garden Association Annual Meeting

- Bus captain: Jackie Wilson, Troy Garden Club
- The Troy Police confirmed that the bus can be parked at the SmartBus Lot next to their station. In addition, members who are taking the bus can park their car in this lot as well. The Troy Police station is located on Town Center Drive.
- The WNF&GA National Meeting will take place in beautiful Hershey, PA. The bus ride from MI will take approximately 8 hours. It will start in Troy at 6:00 am sharp with pick-up points planned as needed. Those taking the bus need to be at the departure site by 5:30 am to check in.
- There will be rest stops and a stop for lunch at Cracker Barrel on the way to Harrisburg/Hershey.
- Departure from Harrisburg will be on Sunday, May 9 at 7:00 sharp. On the return trip there will be rest stops, lunch at Eat ‘n Park, and a very brief stop at the Flight 93 Memorial (No fee; a self-guided tour of the grounds. The visitor Center is also self-guided with a park ranger who provides basic information. The bus company highly recommended this site.)
- Bottled water will be provided. Please bring snacks to share.
- The cost of the bus is $325 which includes using the shuttle bus between events. A deposit of $165 is due by 3-15-2024 to secure your spot on the bus. The final payment of $160 is due by 4-15-2024.
- NO REFUNDS PLEASE
- Those seats not booked will be available for $40 to members who did not ride the bus from MI but who want to use the shuttle service between events. This will be on a first come, first served basis.
